To be able to post content onto the site you need to have an account and to have logged on using your account username and password.

Forums
To post a message in a new thread:
1. Click on the forum you wish to post  a message in.
2. If you want to start a new discussion click on ‘new thread’
3. Give your discussion a title
4. Give your new topic a topic icon if you’d like to or just leave it on ‘none’
5. Type your message in the ‘message’ box.
6. Give your message an icon if you’d like to.
7. To post a photo browse your photo’s in the ‘select image’ box. Click on open to attach. Then click on [img] to put a place holder in your message for your picture to appear. Your photo/image must be less than either 150kb or 800x800 pixels  for it to be posted on the site.
8. To post a document browse your documents in the ‘select file’ box. Click on open to attach. Then click on [file] to put a place holder in your message for your document to appear. You can post files of type: zip, txt, doc, gz,or tgz with a maximum size of 120kb.
9. Click on submit to post your message.
To reply to a message in an existing thread:
1. Click on the forum (category) you want to discuss in.
2. Click on the topic.
3. Click on the quick reply button or reply button.
4. Type in your message and submit.

Noticeboard
To add an item to sell:
1. Click on new thread.
2. Give your item a title in the subject box.
3. In the message box type in the description of your item, the price, your contact details, collection and payment arrangement.
4. To post a photo browse your photo’s in the ‘select image’ box. Click on open to attach. Then click on [img] to put a place holder in your message for your picture to appear. Your photo/image must be less than either 150kb or 800x800 pixels for it to be posted on the site.
5. Click on submit to post your item.
You can monitor your items to see how many people have viewed it or watch for any replies to your message in the Notice-board forum.
