This is the most delicious recipe on earth and it's so easy that children can enjoy making it with you and will most certainly enjoy eating it too!! You will need: 125g soft butter 300g dark chocolate 3 tablespoons of syrup 200g rich tea bisuits 100g of crunchie bars - you can substitue with mini marshmallows if you prefer or do 50g of each - I use crunchie bars though because my children prefer them to marsh mallows. icing sugar To make: Melt the butter, chocolate and syrup in a pan. Bash up the crunchie bars and the bisuits in a polythene bag (you are aiming for a mixture of crumbs and chunks). Seperate some of the chocolate mixture and keep to one side then add the biscuits to the pan with the remaining mixture. Stir in and pour out into a square baking tin ( I line the tin with baking paper first as it makes it easier to get out once it's set). Pour over the rest of the chocolate mixture and leave to set in the fridge. Once the mixture has set, remove from the tin and cut into small, square chunks. Arrange the chunks on a large serving plate into a mountain shape then liberally dust with icing sugar. To finish off decorate your snowy mountain rocky road with reindeers or any other christmassy cake decorations you may have available.
