Chocolate Brownie Recipe PDF Print E-mail

To make 12 you will need:

8oz dark chocolate (with 70% cocoa solids)

8oz butter

2tsps vanilla essence

7oz caster sugar

3 eggs, beaten

9oz of kelloggs crunchy nut clusters

9 inch square baking tin.

Its so easy to make. Just heat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Melt the chocolate and butter in a pan.

Take off the heat and mix in the vanilla and sugar. Leave to cool slightly. Then mix in the beated eggs and crunchy nut clusters.

Pour into the tin and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Don't worry if they still look a bit wobbly they tend to solidify when they've cooled down.

They are delicious either eaten cold or even better, warm with ice cream.
