Family and... Divorce

Christmas is such a magical time but for some, it magnifies problems within a marriage that simply cannot be ignored anymore.

Spending lots of time with each other, without the distractions of everyday life, can sometimes be the final straw and January is often the month with the highest divorce rates.

Couples tend to avoid thinking about divorce in the run-up to Christmas, particularly if children are involved, but see the New Year as a chance to face up to their problems.
